Steven has worked for several World Famous chefs in the Las Vegas valley. Working in kitchens before his 17th birthday, he was educated by the school of hard knocks and has over 15 years of experience.
Jazmin graduated from Johnson & Wales University Denver, Colorado with a Bachelors in Baking and Pastry followed by baking in some the most prestigious restaurants in Las Vegas. After the pair married in 2021 they started their journey to Entrepreneurship.
The Bird and Bee represents their passion and drive coming to fruition.
What is "Modern American"? America is a melting pot of cultures and cuisines that we will feature in our weekly specials. The Bird and Bee wants to highlight favorite American dishes while adding their own unique flare. We don't like to use the word "Fusion" but combining ingredients from different cultures to make a classic dish even better! Food you might have grown up with or something special your Grandma used to make you. Comfort Food presented in elevated style from a mobile Food Truck.

We’ll offer our regular menu that can be found below as well as weekly specials made in small batches that will only be advertised through social media. Once it’s gone, it’s GONE! You'll have to keep an eye out and wait until the special is featured again. Our calendar below shows our scheduled stops, but be sure to follow our social media to find us on the street and for promotions!
